I've been through minivend's documentation several times, and so far i haven't
seen a clear way to impliment sub categories.

After about two days, i've managed to come up with a kludge to get
subcategories to work, but i'm beginning to feel that i'm wasting my time
reinventing the wheel.

Anyone out there who has seen a doc or howto, however small it may be, PLEASE
send me the url.  I swear i'm losing three years off my life every day i mess
with this ;-)
