[mv] MV: Virtual Domain Install - Not working

Hi- I need help with a catalog install on a virtual
domain under apache 1.3.9 (RedHat 6.1).

I have a non-MV site that is on one virtual domain and
the miniven site is on the second.  My httpd.conf has
the following:

<VirtualHost my.ip.address>
	ServerAdmin		my.email.address
	DocumentRoot		"/usr/local/apache/htdocs/deb/html/
	ScriptAlias		/cgi-bin/shop  /htdocs/deb/cgi-bin/shop
	Servername		www.myserver.com
	ErrorLog			logs/errordeb.log
	CustomLog			logs/customdeb.log
</VirtualHost>

I can see the index.html fine for the catalog, but the
instant I ask for a MV-generated page I get:

File does not exist:
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/deb/html/ALINK=

(in the errordeb.log file for apache)

Seems like I have a disconnect at the cgi level? Any
hints?

PS- I am the sysadmin, so I can do anything to this
