Well, I've continued troubleshooting this. It is trying to write to the
etc/order.number file but still getting the permission denied.
File has been chmod 777 and is owned httpd:httpd (just to give it wide open
perms to see if that fixed it). Still can't write to it.
The owner of the catalog is httpd, so I am at a complete loss as to why it
would be getting a permission denied when it goes to write to order.number.
still searching the web, but not finding any articles to solve this
particular error. And to be honest, with perms at 777 and httpd:httpd as
owner/group, I can't see WHY it's permission problems.
