I would say external. I have tried to setup a 12,000 item product database
on a PPro 200 with 128 RAM which was otherwise at idle (~ 0.15) using
minivend 3.11 (that was a while ago) and it brought the server to its knees
in moments.
I am interested in some feedback from someone who got minivend to work with
mSQL or MySQL
