running mv twice on the same port ...

Hi,

how can I start two installed minivends on one physical server on the
same port? I am using virtuald and every user has his own apache (which
works fine). The system is RedHat 6.0 (Kernel 2.2.5-15). One minivend
works, but starting minivend as an other user causes this error:

When I stop one mvend, I can start the other.
Has anybody any idea (I hope but donīt think so). Maybe I have to work
on something that localhost will be bind to the user-ip?
