All you basically have to do is enable version 3 in the minivend config, and
copy the cybercash 3 library into minivendroot/lib(it should say it found
cybercash3 when you start minivend. The best place to check if it actually
worked, is probably at the cybercash administrator page at cr.cybercash.com,
which is where you can input credit cards directly, check what cards have
been processed, etc...
