CyberCash

I am setting up CyberCash 3.2 for my store. 

Do all I need to do is enable it in the config and hope it works? 
How do I know the card got verified at CyberCash? 
How do I know CyberCash is even working and checking the card info?

Basically, I used the simple demo and modified the pages so they looked
right. So, truthfully, I have very little knowledge as to what is
occuring from the time of user click on the Place Order! button till the
order is emailed.
