MySQL is running for sure, I was using mysqladmin, and mysql to do some
tests before.
As I wrote in the previous e-mail the problem is probably in the Perl
modules talking to MySQL.
Although the compilation went successfully it should be something there.
I will try to use yours test algorithm this evening.
