report file

Hi all together!
the file /etc/report contains the info which is sent to the shop owner,
when a order is made. I want to use a perl command ([perl interpolate=1])in
it I use already in /etc/receipt.html but any perl code will not be
processed. how can I change this? how can I change any header information
to be used in the mail? why could'n /etc/report be something like
/etc/receipt.html (the mail option in it)?
