I didn't make changes to the MV code, I'm not a perl expert and I didn't want to make it
impossible to receive updates, but I did create a series of pages are part of the 'new
account creation' process which gathers the details ship-to, bill-to, & cc data.  The
only thing that I don't have, which may come out in a future release Mike?, is a
delete_account function for UserDB...

Look at my site at URL www.midwest-microwave.com/order.htm and if it 'ball-park' with
what you want, let me know and I'll e-mail them directly to you...
