I had the same feeling: :-)
There are the classics:
Schwartz, Wall, Learning Perl, O'Reilly
Wall, Christiansen, Schwartz, Programming Perl, O'Reilly
Orwant, Perl 5 Interactive Course, Waite Group
Schilli, Go to Perl 5, Addison Wesley
Gundavaram, CGI programming for the WWW with Perl
Christiansen, Perl Cookbook, O'Reilly
Friedl, Mastering Regular Expressions, O'Reilly
Srinivasan, Advanced Perl Programming
I had the feeling one needs to know C too and Unix shell scripting.
I would like to ask the list if they think MV can successfully
be used and set up by someone who doesn't know how to program
(Perl or C or any other language) and doesn't know Unix. In
1996/1997 I thought it was possible, today I am not sure anymore.
Is MV a package for SysAdm and ISPs only or is it still (or again) a
product for the no-nothing private Win95/Word/Browsing end-user ?
