[ic] Change in Locale in catalog

Hi,

I have to change Locale en_US to Locale sl_SI...
But I also need to change LC_NUMERIC (LC_MONETARY) to C...

If I write (in catalog.cfg):
Locale sl_SI LC_MONETARY C
it does not work...

even
Locale sl_SI LC_NUMERIC C
doesn't work...

Could this be defined in Locale.txt somehow?

Any other way to make the numeric type C ? Since it does not work with
original sl_SI settings (problems with stripping numbers behind ,)
