[ic] Shipping help - diff. rates for diff. countries and weight

Hi List,

THis question was already posted last month but no help from any one.  I am
posting this question again hoping that this time I will get some help from
you.

I have been given the data for Shipping Rates by my client as follows, first
column being the weight and the other columns being the Shipping Zones.('A'
belonging to US Zone and 'B'- European Zone etc.....)

Weight    A            B            C            D            E            F
0.5      28.07     10.31     10.31     16.65      22.63     22.63
1         42.25     17.79     17.79     31.79      39.73     42.7
1.5     51.36      25.12     25.12     40.84      51.51     56.53
2 60.  61           31.4       31.4       45.53      56.53     60.31
2.5     69.72     38.13      38.13     56.53      69.09     73.5

now can i make use of the built in feature of shipping provided by
Interchange with the above data (the data will be in PostGreSQL). Will this
data be sufficient or do i need to have more inputs.  If so can any one
please guide me how to proceed.

As this is very urgent, any help from any one will be highly appreciated.
