You need to make sure you have the Cybercash libraries installed
in the appropriate location for your setup.

Look for these type of libraries (Cybercash 3.2 vers in this case):

CCMckDirectLib3_2.pm
CCMckErrno3_2.pm
CCMckLib3_2.pm

When you start the minivend server, it should have a message
that it found Cybercash, then it should work.
