I personally have had very good service from RH. Sometimes I did not like the
answer but the service was good :) I personally am glad to see this event occur. I
have been using MV for awhile now and watching it progress through everything to
it's present state I think Mike deserves any good thing that comes his way from his
efforts. I hope all goes well for Mike with this change, how it affects MV/IC and my
cost/no cost is actually irrelevant to me. Mike started an outstanding product that
is definitely worthy of paying for. RH has done some very smart moves to gain the
edge it presently has and if it stays on track is going to take a fiar share of the
market that presently is dominated by MS.
