Hi,

normaly you are not allowed to do a dir-listing in a cgi-bin directory.
Just put in a test.pl and see what happens

---test.pl
#!/usr/bin/perl
print "content-type: text/html\n\n";
print "hello";
---test.pl

this is no minivend-problem. you can take a look at
