MV4_alpha Install errors
System:
SunSparc
Solaris2.5.1
Perl version 5.005_01
Install directory: usr/local/d2/minvend <-----see scripts/minivend.PL below
Perl Makeperl.PL went fine. answered yes to "You appear to have Raphael
Manfredi's Storable module installed"
Error on Make,
End of Make output:
cp lib/Vend/Glimpse.pm blib/lib/Vend/Glimpse.pm
/bin/perl -Iblib/arch -Iblib/lib -I/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00501/sun4-solaris -I/
usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00501 scripts/minivend.PL
Create : No such file or directory
make: *** [scripts/minivend] Error 2
Tried to make test but more errors and it hung on:
/usr/local/d2/src/minivend-4.0alpha3/blib/session:
total 0
not ok 2
link/unixmode.........
Investigated scripts/minivend.pl and found:
#$self = {
# INSTALLPRIVLIB => '/usr/local/minivend/lib',
# INSTALLARCHLIB => '/usr/local/minivend',
#};

I am wondering if this might be why I am getting file or directory not found
errors? I am installing on /usr/local/d2/minivend. I have been only trying to
install for 1.45 hrs and have to take wife out to dinner so I thought I would at
least post this much. I am not confident enough in my perl to mess with this
too much ;-)
