I'm configuring minivend to work on  win98  apache server with Ms Access,
but when trying to go for the cgi-bin directroy as   my.server.com/cgi-bin/
   it keeps saying 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server.

that's it any help plz
