Just wondering, has anyone written (and published) a book explaining minivend? This could be a good source of extra income for Mike if he wrote one that clearly explained things from the beginning. I know I'd buy it (probably spend up to US$100). If not Mike, then maybe a willing consultant. I'd do it myself, but I don't know nearly enough. Ben
