[data session failure]

Hi fellow minivenders...

I am trying to use the [loc] tag for [data session failure] like this:
[loc][data session failure][/loc]
also tried
[loc es_PA][data session failure][/loc]

and nothing...
Background:  I am using locale.asc (es_PA)....I wrote a few of the error
messages given by [data session failure] in the database (in code column),
and its translation in es_PA; it didnt worked...
it did worked with a manually written message (the same as one of the error
messages).
So, at least i know the [L]message[/L] tag works...(he,he)
Anyone outhere please point me to the right direction with this one.
