RE: [mv] Minivend Install Problem
Some things to check would be:
The url that your first page is pointing to, is there a file there,
Is the minivend server running
Check the minivend error log in the minivend root directory and the error logs and access logs for your web site
Run the report_problem script in the catalog/simple directory of your web site.
Cheers

Subject: [mv] Minivend Install Problem
****** message to minivend-users from "Platform" <ben@platform.net> ******
Hi,
I compiled and installed Minivend seemingly without a hitch ... and I
set up the "simple" demo catalog. I can get the first page of the
catalog to come up ... but anything beyond that attempting to use the
catalog just hangs. I bet it has to do with how my file permissions
are set or something, but I can't figure it out and thought maybe it
was a familiar problem to people on this list.
Set up:
MiniVend 3.14-3
Solaris 2.6
GCC
Apache 1.3.9
Mysql 3.22.27
THANKS FOR ANY HELP
Ben
