[L] Tag problem with simple demo

Hello,

    I tried to do a little more translation of the simple demo delivered
with minivend. So I started adding [L]...[/L] tags everywhere but I got
a problem with the translation of the interface (other pages work
without efforts).
    In fact, I tried to translate the "menubar" page and replaced
DIRECTORY by [L]DIRECTORY[/L] for example. Then I added the necessary
value to locale.asc. But When I display the page source in netscape,
I see [L]DIRECTORY[/l] (note the L in lowercase). This is weird because
minivend properly interpret other tags such as [var TABLEFG] but not
[L]. Even more, it replace the [/L] by a [/l]...
    I use Minivend 3.14-3. I have probably to change the __MENUBAR__
include tag in browse.html by something else ?
