Error form the web server. No extra files/directories appear to have
installed in each catalogue so "file not found" error is returned.

Minimate appears to have installed correctly within the
minivend/bin directory so I am a little puzzled about how to access it.

Should minimate install new directories and files within each
catalog referenced in minivend.cfg after a restart?

I am running the catalogues in INET mode and use cgi scripts
ending in .cgi in root directories for each catalogue.
