Found one bug in this one.... Well not so much in the code, but the
documentation... When compiling as a Apache DSO the README/Makefile doesn't
contain the proper lines for your apache.conf file...

Use these lines instead:

LoadModule minivend_module     libexec/mod_minivend.so

AddModule mod_minivend.c

Apache module.
