Just quickly scanned through the docs, does each user have his own IP
address?  They would need it for this, and hat sounds rather extreme.  The
examples provided in the docs talk about virtualizing services handled by
inetd.  Obviously minivend is not typically handled by inetd, so Mike's
suggestion about modifying Server.pm to check the virtuald config file would
probably be the only way to handle it.

I am still not sure why this would be valuable.  I guess if you have a small
number of users or a really big box this might be ok, but it can't scale
very well.  Why not just use multiple catalogs, lock down those directories,
and use Apache virtual hosts to separate out the sites?  I guess you lose
the ability to have each user tune the server the way they want....

Sorry to beat a dead horse, I  have just never seen a config like this, and
I was intriqued about why it would be set up like that...
