It is a question of what IP address is being used for the port
being bound.
I think it wouldn't be too difficult to change the Vend/Server.pm
module to read a configuration parameter and bind to the same port on
a different address....something like the Apache "Listen" parameter.
That will obviate using "localhost" for anything of course.
