<<EOF (or <<EOR or <<anything) ends a "here document" in perl.

Don't have a clue as to how you can fix it.

PS: Half-disclaimer: I wouldn't try NetObjects first, but you might try
renaming the "<<" before editing in NetObjects, then renaming it back
afterwards.
