Title: <<EOF

How does <<EOF get created in the catalog.cfg file? Every once in a while the <<EOF will turn into EOF or <<EOR. I'm using a program called NetObjects Script builder to edit the file and I think that's causing the <<EOF to disappear. How can I fix it using VI?
