Passing external billing info

Hello, all:

I'd like to send billing info variables (b_name, etc) from an HTML form
outside of Minivend space directly to the corresponding fields in
checkout.  What is the best way to do so.  I've been through the docs
but haven't quite put my finger on it.  If I've missed something, a
pointer in the right direction would be appreciated.
