Using minivend to sell stuff not already in the catalog

This question has probably been asked and answered in the
mailing list, but I can't seem to find anything about it.

Can I use the basket and ordering part of minivend to sell
products that aren't in the catalog database?  Here's the
situation:  I have some products that are created
dynamically, with lots of options, and it's too complicated
to work within minivend's pricing scheme (too complex for
me, at least).  I've already designed an ordering system for 
these products, which gets me to the point where the product 
is selected, the customer puts in his info, gets a price,
etc.  Is it possible to somehow hook into minivend at that
point and use its ability to handle the ordering process
nicely, with Cybercash and such?

The only thing I've been able to think of so far is to
dynamically create a unique product page with the customer's
order info on it, and then direct them to that page, with a
Buy Now button on it, and then delete the page after a
while.  Is there a better way than that?
