I tried this with a test card # (4111111111111111) and it didn't work. If this needs to be a real card # I will try again at the end of the week after we get a secure connection to the server again.

I have tried the setup with the "stock" checkout page. Modified just enough for it to work. With the same error so I don't think it is an issue with my pages. The setup worked for about a day while we had it on the test server. Then we moved it to the live server without any changes. And now it gives the Order Failed Error. So I don't think it is a configuration problem.

For integration we ended up writing our own integration software. The software is working fine and sending the information. I checked with my programmer genius and he says that all that is returned to minivend is a failed, or cleared. So it doesn't appear the problem is in the payment module since it doesn't set a refresh time.

It gets posted to authorize.net with the first send of the page before the refresh button is pressed.
