I have done this before by using FrontPage to upload the entire minivend
to the remote server site and installing it as a complete web site. I
did this about a year ago as an experiment. I now am learning to run MV
on my own Linux server as I have discontinued using a remote site. I
don't remember exactly what was involved as I did not keep notes, but it
seemed that the demo system worked OK at least. The trick was the
FrontPage web installer. I did have to get the proper dependencies
settled by the hosting ISP. Good Luck!
