Anyway, a telnet account won't help you on a NT box.

There are several tools allowing remote control (such as pcAnwyhere), 
but none is able to offer you what you need.

I did.
But with a full control access to the NT box (as it is mine).

It's lauching a task (the Minivend daemon)...
