Aaron,

You won't go wrong with http://www.superb.net when using MiniVend.  I
searched long and hard for the right support at the right price and I
believe they are the best.  You can install MiniVend and have a catalog
running in less than a half hour with a ten minute coffee break because they
are configured with MiniVend in mind.
