It's something like that. At the top of the demo checkout page there is a
line '&final=yes', if &final is true the order will be placed (go to
receipt page) if all fields pass. Take a read of page 96+ of the manual
"Multi-level Order Pages" for all the details...

I personally don't use multiple checkout pages, hence no response. You
can't always get what you want, but you might just get what you need.

That doesn't sound that difficult. Make a copy of receipt.html with the
proper checkout submission controls, hidden fields with the form values and
<PRE> output of the same values.
