The single page "checkout.html" definitely tries to do too much in one place.
But it is also way too deep in minivend tags for me to attempt to redesign
it.

Can someone please show me an example of a working multiple-page checkout
sequence, so I can see how they are arranged?

Ideally, I'd like to have a page like etc/receipt.html, which shows
everything including the order number, but has no modifiable entry fields,
and just a single submit button which causes the order to be taken.
