I got no response to this at all. Meanwhile I can't even figure out what
makes the "Place Order" button act as a place order button so I can't even
begin to modify the checkout page myself. If I had just written my own CGI
from scratch I could be done by now, but I've already poured so much effort
into minivend, not knowing it would add complexity rather than remove it.
Victory seemed so close...

Are my questions too complicated? I try to cut every request down to the
minimum help I need, but time and time again I get ignored.
