Never heard of this one.

I am guessing that it is due to the single-threaded nature of the NT
system.  But without more precise information about symptoms there is
probably not much I can do.

You might try changing in bin/minivend anywhere you see it:

	if($Vend::Save) {

to 

	if (0 and $Vend::Save) {

This is the only place I see potential for trouble...
