Simple Catalog failed... Pls help

I use 127.0.0.1 as my server name for testing purpose and the rest I just
follow the default, but when the minivend configuration wizard said "Your
catalog simple is finished. Try It", IE5 says the page cannot be display.
What went wrong?

I am using perl activestate with win 98, IE5. Pls help
