Coordinated searching problem

I am having a problem with a coordinated search and can't see what I've
got wrong. I think I need to flip my comparisons or use AND or OR search,
but I've tried a number of variations with no luck.

I want a search that returns matches for a value if it is between the
values in fields sizemin and sizemax. It's the reverse of mv_range_look.
What I have works, sort of, but only returns records where either sizemin
or sizemax are equal my value. Given the data below, my search only
returns records 1 and 3, but not 2. Any ideas?

code   sizemin   sizemax
1      50        100
2      50        150
3      100       150
4      150       200

Here's the code:
