There is a better way to do it than using [loop-change].
I suggest doing:
[loop search="ml=100/ra=yes/tf=category/rf=category/un=yes"]
This only returns all(ra) category-fields(rf)(tf) unique(un) items. You can
call them with (this is a bit irritating) [loop-code], because it is the
first (and only) returned field.
