You need to use the [loop-change x] tags. I use category scan thoughts like yours for
building menus. Works ok but can be slow depending on db entries. I am sure there is a way
to speed it up and realistically a good server isn't that slow with build time. I also sort
alphabetically when I do it. Now after all that you can get real fancy and build the search
profile and then put all the tags on a seperate page and insert that page on the pages you
desire that menu. Oh can we see all the real potential yet? Now if you want to alter that
menu area instead of altering every page the menu is on you just modify that one page that
you are inserting.
