If 'organizing the data' means how you present it to the user, then my idea
would be to use Javascript to 'dynamically' create the order form.
Put an 'onChange' method in the dropdown for 'size', let it run a function
that changes the available attributes for width and/or color.
This way your page gets downloaded only once and the content invisibly
refreshed as a result of the user's selections.
