Hello Gideon,
after using the mv_search_spec, you get __NULL__ if you go from the
first resultspage. If you have two or more resultspage, after the second
resultspage, the mv_search_spec is not __NULL__. There are two way
first: You store your mv_search_spec and use it to get correct
"lasr-searches" (got to mailing list and look for "

"Addressed in 3.12beta4. You need to add the parameter
mv_search_immediate (si=yes) to cause the cache/last-scan file to get
written by default. (And you had better work on your crontab expire
script if you have a busy catalog and use that puppy.)"
