MV 4.0 supporting XML documents ?

Hi,

I read on Stefan Hornburg's page about his MiniVend presentation
on Linux Tag 99, that MV 4.0 will support XML documents.  

Did I miss an announcement of Mike Heins that this will be the case ?
Is that official ?
