RE: some tags not interpreted when switching from 3.11 > 3.12

Here's the UserTags from minivend.cfg if that helps. I don't use it and
don't exactly know what "except that it will works _in_ other variables"
means. It looks like it returns the value of [scratch] and [value] vars.
