Sparky, help us out and get a subject line in here - this is useful for
people searching the mailing list archives, as well as for other list members.
I would compare your checkout.html to that of the simple demo and make note
of any differences. Probably in the area of the <FORM> definition and
[set]ting of MV's actions on the form. Also, if the email is ending up in
the country field, you probably have some of the field names mixed up.
Don't forget to keep plenty of back-ups.
