Hi Vandy,

I'm using 3.11.

I did make a couple of errors when writing this up. I have my shipping 
selection in both ord/basket.html and ord/checkout.html (to allow for 
"as-you-shop" total cost quotes), so step 3 should have actually read 
ord/checkout.html. Also, upon further testing I discovered that the 
Alaska/Hawaii zones should be in a separate zone file - otherwise shipping 
information for 48-state addresses gets duplicated. (I had wronfully 
assumed that since the upsbak section in shipping.asc specified 5-digit 
zips that the 3-digit ranges would be ignored.)
