mysql minivend configuration

Hi All,

I am trying to set up  the simple demo with a mysql server.

It has been installed as default and nothing has been changed except for
the sql directives.
The server hostname is sql1.
I think a module has not been installed properly but , if so, i dont
know which one.

Versions:
Minivend 3.12
RH Linux 5.2
Kernel 2.2.5
perl-5.00502-2
perl-DBI-1.06-1
perl-Bundle-Minivend-0.01-1

This is the error:

Configuring catalog simple...simple config error: Undefined subroutine
&Vend::Table::DBI::create called at /mvend/lib/Vend/Table/Import.pm line
160, <IN> chunk 1.

Here is the sql part of the catalog.cfg:
