Errors, setting up MV unders WIn

Hi
Im trying to test MV 3.12 at home, under Win95 (with dcom), OmniHttpd
2.2 and ActicePerl 515.
When i run the setup, it hangs up:
>> Entering C:/mvend.
>> Adjusting program variables and defines...Couldn't open
bin/localize_: No such f
>> ile or directory
>> MiniVend not configured, no minivend.cfg.
>> BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at bin/minivend line 119.
then Netscape tries to connect my localhost at port 7863, looking for
/mv_admin/makecat_step1 but that doesnt exist.
can anyone help me with this problem??
